Africa - Account Manager (Sales)

About The Position

Leading the account management related to integration and/or turnkey solutions to the HLS and Defense sectors.

Establish a wide network of end-users, partners, agents and distributors in the region.

Manage and lead the techno-commercial sessions, presentations and demonstrations to the potential customers.

Participate and represent the company in relevant HLS and Security related domestic and international exhibitions.

Matrix management of various stakeholders throughout the sales cycle - including account team members: Pre-Sales and project manager, as well as Operations, Procurement, Legal, Finance and more.

Reporting to the Customer Business Department VP.

Requirements

·      Background in HLS/Defense sectors – MUST.

·      2+ years of proven experience in integration projects sales to the HLS/Defense sectors in Africa

·      An autodidact professional with strong analytical skills, eager to learn new domains.

·      Proven ability to prioritize competing needs of multiple, rapidly evolving tasks and initiatives.

·      Attention to details, accuracy and precision. Independently identifying and solving problems.

·      Ability to adapt to, build and maintain relationships with multiple external and internal stakeholders.

·      Strong communication skills, oral and written with excellent presentation and demonstration skills

·      Technical background – advantage

·      Fluent English – MUST

·      Fluent French - MUST
