Sales Manager

About The Position

  • Manage all technical aspects of the sales and demos process such as installation, customizations, requirements and training
  • Asses equipment needs and determine system requirements for demo and installation
  • Present & clearly articulate the value of BeeSense by maintaining in-depth industry knowledge of products and competitors
  • Understand customer requirements, create customized presentations and demos and respond to RFPs
  • Help clients solve problems with installed equipment
  • Develop strong personal relationships with BeeSense Engineering, Development and Market teams
  • Close orders to meet sales goals and quotas
  • Identify additional Sales opportunities


Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as Sales Engineer or equivalent job in the Defense or HLS industry
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Ability to demonstrate products and services to customers on site, remotely via webinar sessions, and at field events such as conferences and trade shows
  • Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good leadership and team working skills
  • Negotiation and social problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask
