French speaking Sales Manager
About The Position
Avnon Academy, part of Avnon Holdings, delivers expert, knowledge, tailor-made turnkey projects & courses in Cybersecurity, HLS, Agriculture, Leadership, and Capacity Building.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic French speaking Sales Manager to join our Sales team and to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the forefront of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
· Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads as well as meet monthly/quarterly performance benchmarks
· Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
· Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales meetings
· Look for new clients and conduct sales discovery calls to understand what the potential client needs
· Work in collaboration with the Marketing and the Sales team to track, measure, test and improve the lead management process
· Manage an intense and high volume of business
· Manage sales cycles from lead generation to closure
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
· 2+ years of sales management experience in the competitive B2B/B2G markets
· Proven track record in successful sales activities in international markets
· Experience working in African region
· Background in courses & training industry - a BIG advantage
· Fluent English and French – MUST, additional languages - advantage
· Self-taught, self-disciplined, and highly motivated
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Team player with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
· Dynamic, energetic, independent, "can do" attitude
